While our goal is to promote design education and foster design appreciation, the health and safety of our supporters is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the government mandates and guidelines from the CDC and World Health Organization related to COVID-19 (coronavirus). After carefully evaluating all of our options, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Driehaus Fashion Awards scheduled for April 24th. Although the public event and runway portion is canceled, we are currently exploring other options to continue our support for Chicago's fashion programs.

We would like to thank our sponsors, partners, and the students for their continued support of our mission. Our event will return in Spring 2021, and in the meantime, you can direct questions to info@driehausdesign.org.
